Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting, formerly AL Employment, was incorporated
in 2004 with the vision of providing the highest quality services to employers at
a value corresponding with our expertise, experience and service. Over time, we
identified a need among small and medium-sized businesses: every business with an
employee undertakes the responsibilities of an employer even when budget doesn't
allow for a dedicated Human Resources Manager. We strive to offer comprehensive
HR services that allow your company to focus its resources on its core business.
In July 2008, we joined Warren Averett, LLC, Alabama’s largest certified public
accounting firm. The joining of both firms enhances the services currently provided
to clients and broadens the resources and scope of services Warren Averett can offer
clients in the future.

Brian is the President and Managing Partner of Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting, which became an affiliate of Warren Averett, LLC in 2008. Brian has over 11 years experience with executive recruiting, business development, staffing, management, operations and accounting practices. Brian worked with one of the nation's top staffing and search firms prior to founding Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting in 2004. Brian has significant experience working with and placing c-suite executives in many of Alabama's leading organizations. Brian has been recognized by the Birmingham business Journal as one of the top entrepreneurs in 2006, Top 40 under 40, and by the University of Montevallo as the Nathalie Moulton Gibbons Young Achiever’s Award Recipient. |
David Salters |
David is the Regional Manager in the Firm’s Birmingham office. David’s career includes more than 10 years of recruiting, business development and sales management. David joined Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting in 2010 after working for three years at a national staffing firm specializing in information technology and engineering. During his tenure with this Firm, David was named Business Development Manager of the Year for 2009 and was responsible for driving revenues and managing major national accounts as part of a multi-million dollar portfolio. David’s professional career also includes three years as Relationship Manager at Dun & Bradstreet where he managed a portfolio of major accounts across a multi-state territory. |
Linda M. Browder, SPHR |
Linda is the Regional Manager in the Firm’s Montgomery office. Linda took over this position in 2009 after working as the Human Resources Director of the Montgomery Advertiser and Senior Human Resources Manager for MacMillan Bloedel now Weyerhaeuser. Linda also served as the Director of Human Resources at Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma, Alabama. She is currently “Sargent at Arms” of the Montgomery Capital Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow, the Assistant Regional Director of Business Network International and an active member of the Business Council for Troy University. Linda is also the former President of the Society for Human Resources Management Montgomery Chapter and the former President of the Family Guidance Center of Alabama. |
